Description	Implementing TE Data plan, procedures and policies for quality management and Coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards [ISO (iso 9001:2008, iso 20000, and iso27001), CMMI, Six sigma and Cobit]. Also monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set of KPIs besides liaising with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA&QC system is functioning properly.
Qualifications	Certifications applicable to the work such as the TQM, six sigma courses, CMMI, eTOM certifications and ITIL Excellent user of Microsoft office (Word-Excel-Power Point…etc)
